- Eat well before you start exercising and have up to one bar every 60-90 minutes into your activity, or snack on small bites or pieces throughout. (That's if you can resist the chocolate mint goodness)
- Our KMC NRG BARs are easy to take, they dissolve in your mouth and leave a refreshing and slightly invigorating aftertaste, but we would still recommend having some water with them.
- It's a good idea to mix it up with some GEL+ Caffeine energy gels. Caffeine is scientifically proven to boost your physical endurance. (...but don't exceed the recommended GDA).
