An adjustable rod holder that works well for trolling lures or just general bait fishing. The rod holder rotates 360 degrees around it's base mount and can be tilted at various angles. The rod tube pivots at the base allowing for a strike to be made whilst the rod is in the holder! Can be fitted to most sit on top kayaks. Includes a base mount with 4 mounting holes.
